1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "be77", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the be77 platform and its operators, accessible at be77.io.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the be77 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — refers to the registered player account created on the be77 platform through which you access all services.
• "Platform" — refers to the be77 website, mobile-optimised site, and all related services, products, and features available at be77.io.
• "Wallet" — refers to the player's in-platform balance denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳), used to place wagers and receive winnings.

• "Bonus Funds" — refers to any promotional credits, free bet amounts, cashback rewards, or matched deposit bonuses credited to a player's account under any promotional offer.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures required to confirm a player's identity before processing withdrawal requests or other account actions.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country, territory, or region from which access to or use of the be77 platform is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the be77 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the be77 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

These terms apply to all players using the platform regardless of how they access it — whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other internet-enabled device. No app download is required to use be77, and these terms apply equally to all access methods.

3. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on the be77 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. be77 does not permit access, registration, or play by any person under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
2. You are a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, automated systems, bots, or agents acting on behalf of third parties may not register accounts.
3. You are not a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction in which online betting and gaming is prohibited by local law.
4. You have not previously been self-excluded from the be77 platform or had an account closed by be77 for a violation of these Terms & Conditions.
5. You are not an employee, contractor, agent, director, or immediate family member of any employee of be77 or any of its technology or gaming providers.
6. You are acting solely in your personal, non-commercial capacity and are not using the platform for any unlawful purpose.

4. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one registered account on the be77 platform. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds held within them.

4.1 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these terms.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

be77 is required to verify the identity of players before processing withdrawals. The KYC process may require submission of one or more of the following documents: a government-issued national ID card, passport, or birth certificate; a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming residential address; and, where applicable, proof of the payment method used for deposits (such as a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account).

KYC verification is a one-time process per account. Once verified, the documentation remains on file for all future withdrawals. be77 will process KYC submissions within a reasonable timeframe. Withdrawals will be held pending successful KYC completion.

4.3 Account Currency

All be77 player accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonus amounts, and withdrawal values are displayed and processed in BDT. be77 does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your be77 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. be77 will never ask you to share your password via any communication channel.

• You must use a strong, unique password for your be77 account that is not reused across other services.
• You must not share your account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Any activity conducted using your account credentials is your responsibility, regardless of whether you personally authorised that activity.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact the be77 support team immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.
• be77 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

be77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. be77 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time. Current accepted payment methods are always displayed on the platform.

6.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your wallet. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit. be77 targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to KYC completion and fraud screening. Mobile financial service withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are generally processed faster than bank transfer withdrawals.

6.4 Withdrawal Conditions

• KYC verification must be successfully completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met in full.
• be77 reserves the right to conduct additional fraud and anti-money laundering checks before processing any withdrawal.

6.5 Anti-Money Laundering

be77 is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. All transactions on the platform are monitored. Players may be required to provide documentation to demonstrate the legitimate source of funds deposited into their be77 wallet. be77 reserves the right to suspend accounts, withhold withdrawals, and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where legally required.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

be77 offers various promotional offers from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free bet credits. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each offer, as well as the following general bonus terms:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible players only. Eligibility criteria are stated on each individual offer page.
• Each player may claim each welcome bonus only once. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times using multiple accounts is a breach of these terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified for each bonus. Uncompleted bonuses expire at the end of the stated validity period.
• Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered using bonus funds (or a combination of bonus and real-money funds, as specified) before a withdrawal of associated winnings can be requested.
• Certain game categories — including progressive jackpot slots and some live casino titles — may contribute at a reduced percentage towards bonus wagering requirements. Contribution rates are stated in the individual offer terms.

8. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the be77 platform, including cricket, football, kabaddi, and all other sports markets offered:

8.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are accepted subject to the odds and market availability displayed on the platform at the time of placement. A bet is only confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation and the corresponding stake is deducted from your wallet. Bets that have not received confirmation are not valid.

8.2 Odds and Markets

be77 reserves the right to suspend, withdraw, or alter odds and betting markets at any time and without prior notice, including after a bet has been placed in the case of manifest pricing errors. Where a bet has been placed at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error, be77 reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake to the player's wallet.

8.3 Match Abandonment and Postponement

The treatment of bets on matches that are abandoned, postponed, or cancelled is governed by the specific rules for each sport and market as published on the platform. In general: if a match does not commence within twelve (12) hours of its scheduled start time, all pre-match bets on that match will be voided and stakes returned. In-play bets placed after a match has started will be settled based on the result at the time of abandonment, unless the specific market rules state otherwise.

8.4 Maximum Winnings

be77 reserves the right to impose maximum single-bet payout limits on a per-sport or per-market basis. Maximum payout limits are published on the relevant sport and market pages. Any winnings that exceed the stated maximum payout for a market will be capped at that maximum amount.

9. Casino Game Rules

All casino games available on the be77 platform — including live table games, video slots, crash games, and fishing games — are governed by the rules of the individual game as presented within the game interface, together with these Terms & Conditions.

• All casino games use certified random number generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game outcomes are not influenced by be77 and cannot be manipulated.
• Live casino games are operated by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The rules of those games are governed by the respective providers' published game rules, a copy of which is accessible within each game's interface.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the be77 platform. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may result in legal action:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at any stage of registration or account use.

• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account or account credentials to any third party.

11. Responsible Gaming

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits be77's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. be77's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these terms, however arising, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

15. Amendments to These Terms

be77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, be77 will notify registered players by displaying a prominent notice on the platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the contact details held on the player's account.

The effective date of the current version of these terms is stated at the top of this document. Continued use of the be77 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
